Hi, I think I've run out of ideas. I have string gain and sensitivity up full, I've put a paper pad above the pickups, taken off the string cover to loosen the dampers, as mentioned elsewhere, and still plucking very hard I usually can't get all the strings to come out. Plucking a scale is likely to drop notes. I've reset everything and got the updates. I feel something else is wrong because I can't get the playability anywhere close to play like some of the videos or even consider things like worrying about crosstalk. I would just like to hear all my notes come out. By the way, the left hand is fine. Is there anything else I can try? I've been playing rock and jazz, with and without a plectrum, for 35 years and very successfully used a Roland synth pickup system. By the way what's the difference between emailing support and starting a ticket? Thanks in advance.
