For those of us musically uninclined, as you hold the guitar, not the first string but my second string down is near dead.  I have to strum or pick it VERY hard to get anything and even then it is only occasionally.  I tried doing the loosen/tighten screw thing, tried changing the string sensitivity in the guitar control panel.  No change.

I put in a ticket a couple days ago and haven't heard anything at all.   I'm hoping that's because of the holidays.   Sad

Anyone have any ideas?

Just wanted to do a follow up.  I did have a defective guitar string, sent it in and got it repaired.  All seems fine now, thanks for the quick turn around.
