Congratulations on purchasing the You Rock Guitar! The YRG is packed with a rich and sophisticated feature set. YRG users range from beginners to experts and there is a learning curve to master the many exciting features of the YRG.

Customer support is very important to us and we want you to have the best experience possible.

Many new customers may initially have the same questions as our more experienced users had when they first purchased their YRGs, so we recommend you use the following resources to learn about the YRG:

1.) Read the FAQ's board. This is where we post answers to the most common questions.
2.) Read the other boards on the forum; you'll most likely find solutions are known and posted by users like yourself.
3.) Post a question about your issue in the appropriate board and thread. Another user might have the answer you need.
4.) Become a regular participant. Share your experiences with others: learn, play, teach. Help others as they come on board.
