I'm a lefty and all my guitars I possessed are lefty versions. I've been watching yourock guitar since its release but the lack of lefty version is the only reason that prevent me from getting one. I know it has a lefty setting but I still feel left out as a lefty.
For real guitars, you may need some lefty hardwares such as tuners and bridges for building lefty version, but in this case like yourock guitar, all you need would be lefty bodies.
If it is too hard to mass produce lefty versions, at least you can make a body's up and down are symmetrical so lefties won't have to compromise the higher neck position, and place a tremolo arm behind a center of the bridge. I really hope consider about 10% of the world population!

I'm a lefty too, and I own a YRG despite it really being a righty's instrument. The tremolo arm position, the non symmetrical body (it doesn't sit well when seated), the palm mute wiring and not being able to see the LED panel while playing are my main gripes.

I'm sure Inspired Instruments could design a truly universal version if the body were made symmetrical and the control panel and midi/audio/power panel were made modular and could switch positions by opening the body and swapping them over. Being able to swap the tremolo arm to the opposite side would also be good. I wouldn't care if it meant I voided the warranty by taking the thing apart if it meant I could have a proper lefty.

I'm curious to see if a lefty version comes out but I would think there has to be a way to program the strings to work in reverse mode so that you can achieve a lefty playability even.
