Ive reset and loaded different patches, changed the cable, and still the bottom (High E) string is tuned to C (an octave above the C played first fret on the B string)

Ive tried using the Control panel to adjust but it wont change the pitch

any ideas??
unplayable with it on a c note

thanks

Mark

Hi Mark - have you tried re-installing the latest firmware and seeing if that resets the unit and clears it up? Sounds like a software type issue and often re-installing the latest version will fix it
